Why Beacon exists
Every Google Business Profile tool I found was built for marketing agencies juggling dozens of client accounts — not a solo contractor who just wants to know what's broken on their own listing and how to fix it. I'd open one up looking for a straight answer and instead get a client-switcher, a white-label report builder, and a pricing page that assumed I managed twenty locations.
Beacon skips the agency dashboard entirely. It checks your profile every week, tells you exactly what's costing you leads, and gets out of your way. No tab-switching between six different tools to figure out why your profile isn't showing up for the jobs you actually want.
That's the idea behind Beacon — built the way I'd want a tool built for my own business: no agency retainer, no login marathon just to see what's broken, just a straight answer every week.
What Beacon believes
We think a weekly check-in beats a monthly report.
Your profile changes constantly — reviews come in, hours get missed, competitors post. A monthly glance misses too much.
We think you shouldn't need to be a marketer to understand your own listing.
If an explanation needs a glossary, it's not done yet.
We think small, specific fixes beat a wall of red flags.
Three things to do this week beats forty things to feel bad about.
What Beacon will never do

Promise a ranking guarantee. Anyone who guarantees a #1 spot on Google Maps is guessing. We show you real, controllable factors instead.
Lock you into a long contract. Cancel anytime, no retention call, no "are you sure" guilt trip.
Auto-post to your Google profile without you approving it first. Every AI-drafted reply or post is yours to review, edit, or discard — nothing goes out under your name without you clicking approve.
